* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8066666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8066666 ~ 24200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the constructionworks as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five)years.
i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
a.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor orManagement Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years.
b.
Similar nature of work means completion or repair maintenance work of building withR.C.C. frame Structure valued at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lakh in a single contract under Public fund completed within the last 05(five) years.
This is to be supported by workorder/NOA and completion certificate. Private Works or works done by any Developer or RealEstate Company will not be considered.
2.
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) shall be minimum Tk 145 (One Hundred Forty Five) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years
i.e., years counting backward fromthe date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Average annual Construction turnover i.e., totalcertified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall onlybe considered. Private works shall not be considered.
3.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lakh .The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
4.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK. 87.00 (Eighty Seven ) Lakh.
