* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of General experience (Completion Certificate/AcceptanceCertification) in the supply of similar Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply (Completion Certificate/ Acceptance Certification) of similar (Scientific/Laboratory/Medical Equipment etc.) Goods and related services of minimum BDT 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh Only) under Single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank in case of awarded the contract for the delivery of Goods and related services for an amount at least BDT 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh Only), for the sole purpose of the execution of the specified contract and the revolving line of credit will be maintained by the bank untill issuance of "Acceptance Certificate" by the Procuring Entity.
(d) In case a Tenderer appears as debarred in the e-GP system due to debarment by any Procuring Entity, and fails to submit supporting documents showing that the debarment has been reviewed and resolved in his favour by the Debarment Review Board of BPPA and duly circulated to all concerned as per regulations, the Tender shall be treated as Preliminary non-Responsive.
(e) Compliance with all conditions and instructions set forth in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) is mandatory for the Tenderer.
(f) This procurement shall be conducted under a Framework Contract arrangement. The Contract shall remain valid for the specified contract period, during which the Procuring Entity may place orders for Goods on an “as and when required” basis, subject to actual demand and availability of funds.
