Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5533333 ~ 16600000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
[a minimum of three (3) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.44,63,000/- [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or(Form PG3-8) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 50,20,000/- Taka. publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier,
5. TIN certificate; Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2024-2025 or 2025-2026 year];
6. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS and,
7.e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate./Business Identification Number.
