Eligibility criteria:
a)To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor of Health Engineering Department (HED) under Faridpur Division only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
b) This is an online tender where only e-Tender will be acceptable in the National e- GP System portal and No offline/ hard copy will be accepted.
c) Up to date HED License, Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Return Certificate must be submitted with the Tender.
d) Submission, Opening and Evaluation of the Quotations shall respectively be deal with pursuant to Rule of the PPA- 2006 and PPR -2025.
e) All Other remaining CPTU guidelines/T&C and PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 Rules will remain applicable
