* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Only Enlisted Special Class/Combined Class-I/Class-I Contractors of PWD or Enlisted Class-II Contractors or Enlisted Class-III Contractors under Dhaka Metropolitan zone of Dhaka who have up-to-date renewal License of PWD are eligible.
ii) Tenderer must have up to date trade license.
iii) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration certificate from concern office.
iv) Tenderer must have up to date TIN certificate from the NBR/concern office
v) Tenderer must have up to date PWD enlistment Paper and up -to-date renewal paper.
vi)The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk-25.00 lacs. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2b-5 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. In case of Bank statement it should be issued after publication of Tender
vii) Contractor failed to complete significantly important work in time with quality are not required to attend the tender.
viii)The tenderer's PWD license must be renewed from Medical College PWD Division for the year of 2025-2026 .
