Eligibility criteria:

b.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least One [01] contract of Similar Nature Works successfully completed within the last Five(05) years with a value of at least Tk. 59.00( Fifty Nine) Lac only.
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 50.00 ( Fifty) Lac only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 99.00 (Ninty Nine) Lac only.
e. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Lac only.
