Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in Digital Survey works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 15 (Ten) lacs under single Contract in Govt/SemiGovt./Autonomous/private organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk 50 (Fifty) Lacs in Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous/private organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 5 (Five) lacs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW2a-3 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 12 (Twelve) Lacs. Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc. The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS
