Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8103333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24310000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8103333 ~ 24310000.

Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Company who have a minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Solar irrigation and re-excavation of pond or canal related works, having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work, as specific experience of a value of Tk 80.00 (Eighty) lakhs for this tender;

The minimum amount of Liquid asset shall be Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;

The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) lakhs during the last 5 years;

The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.

The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.

Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
