Eligibility criteria:
**Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Joypurhat without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract(s) of Building Condtruction Works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten Lac Only). (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with 100% percent financial progress or at least equal/greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten Lac Only) with successfully completed Work Completion Certificate) within last 05 (Five) Years .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 2.00 (Six Lac Only) over the last 05 years.Total [(5x2.00=10.00 Lac Only)].(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight Lac Only).(Form e-PW2A-8).
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 10.00 (Ten Lac Only).
6. Other eligibility remain as per TDS,PCC,GCC and IFT.
