Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall must submit the following documents with the Tender:

3.Audit Report for last 3 Years
4.Bank Solvency Certificate
5.Valid VAT/BIN registration Certificate
6. Manufacturer’s Authorization Leter (MAL) is required from OEM. Local Distributor/Partnership MAL is not accepted.
7.Energy Star Certified. EPEAT Gold Standard Certified in Several Countries.
8.Experience Certificate
9. Tenderer Must have Own Service Center
10.NID of the Tenderer or Representative
11.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
12.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of computer accessories of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least Tk.10,000,00.00
13.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is: 50 Units supply or production capacity per year
14.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 12,00,000.00
15.The Tenderer will be deliver the Products within 30 Days after issuing the Notification of Award (NoA).
