Brief Description of Package: West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited (WZPDCL) is going to implement a project name “Grid Power Evacuation System Development for WZPDCL”, Khulna. in west zone area. WZPDCL intends to assign a consultancy firm for detailed survey, planning and preparation of layout, design, cost estimate, procurement & implementation schedule, bid document as well as supervision, testing & commissioning of 33 switching station, 33 KV high capacity Grid Bus to WZPDCL Bus power line, 33 kv line (5.5 km), SCADA integration & supervision of construction works under Grid Power Evacuation System Development for WZPDCL project. Eligibility criteria:
The Consultant has the legal capacity (as per BPPA standard document) to enter into the contract.
Identity, structure and organization of the applicant firm including copies of the documents defining the constitution or legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of company or firm and any other firm with which the firm may be associated.
Certificate from the previous employers as evidence for past service experience.
Certificate from the employer for works in hand. No credit will be considered for the work in hand.
Details of vehicles, instrument and office equipment available for use.
The qualifications and experiences of the key personnel for administration and execution, both on and off site.
Audited Financial Statements of the last 3 years (FY-2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025) otherwise the EOI will be rejected.

For false information, negative credits will be awarded to the concerned firm.
No credit will be awarded to the applicants for the field for which they have failed to provide sufficient information and evidence.
The applicant must furnish information as per evaluation criteria. Any ambiguity in furnishing information may lead to deduct the credits for which WZPDCL should not be held responsible.
The EOI shall be submitted by a firm either individually or in a consortium. If any firm submitted EOI individually and in a consortium, the EOI will be rejected.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) shall be filled up specifying the particular field and signed by the person concerned. One passport size photograph shall be submitted along with CV. If the field is unspecified and CV is unsigned then CV will not be evaluated and be rejected.
