Eligibility criteria:
1. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract.
2. Quotationer shall have update Trade License & TIN certificate.
3. Quotationer shall have Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the last Assessment Year).
4. Quotationer shall have VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
5. Quotationer shall have Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 1,74,300 tk from any scheduled Bank.
