Brief Description of Package: Education Material (Signboard) for the Calender year 2026 under Mosque based Child and Mass Education Program for the Development of Morality and Religious Values (8th phase)
Fabrication, painting and Supplying of Signboard made of 1.0mm thick mild steel (MS) full sheet. Including 18mm folding (bend) on all four sides to make the edges Stiff and smooth. Two (02) flat barns of Size 18mmx2mm shall be fixed at the back side in the short direction for Strengthening. The surface shall be properly cleaned, derusted and prepared then both sides painted with approved quality enamel paint.
The design, size, Color, writing style, font and layout shall be as per approved sample preserved at the project office.
Front side will be printed as per instruction be project office.
Including transportation of all upazilla office of Islamic Foundation in 64 districts.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 41666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 125000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 41666666 ~ 125000000.
Eligibility criteria:

1. Tenderer must have a minimum nos of years of general experience in the supply of goods (in the field of education materials) 05 (five) Years.
2. The tenderer must have 03 years overall specific experiance of signboard/or similar works in Govt. office or semi govt. or autonomous body or INGO;
3. Must have a valid & update trade license for supplying of education materials.
4. Must have updated VAT & Tax numbers and Certificates.
5. DIclaration of litigation history for the last 05 (five) years.
6. The tenderer must have submit Certificate of origin /Manufacturing authorization letter.
7. The tenderer must have submit samlpes of goods (signboard ) in PD Office 19 February. 2026 before 12 PM.
