Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer shall be 3 (Three) years. The Tenderer must have experience in vehicle repair and maintenance works and shall have own a repair workshop.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 2,40,000.00 (Tk. Two lac forty thousand) only one single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required which will be supported by work order/contract along with completion certificate from the PE. Years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Tk Two lac) only over the last 3 financial years or best 3 years of the last 5 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Taka Two lac) only in the form of bank statement (not before the tender publication date) or credit commitment from the any schedule bank in Bangladesh.
5. The tenderer shall have BIN Certificate (VAT), Income Tax certificate with Proof of Submission of Return (PSR/ acknowledge slip/certificate).
6. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2025-2026) for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.
7. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
