Eligibility criteria:

4) No fees will be provided for the preparation and submission of the offer.
5) Scope of work/contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
6) The contractor must keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer.
7) Other’s qualification criteria are also stated in Tender Documents.
