Brief Description of Package: 1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Nilphamari without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. Tenderers must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply (i.e. High Bench, Low Bench, Wooden Chair, Wooden Table etc. made of Mehogoni wood and MS angle) only in Educational Institutions of tk 5.00 lac (Five Lac Taka Only) with in last 5 (Five) years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [5.00 lac] (Five Lac Taka Only)
4. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. Updated EED License
b. Updated date income tax clearance,
c. Valid VAT Registration,
d. Up to trade license certificate,
e. National ID
5. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
6.Tenderar Must be Submited Tender Submission Letter owner Firm Pad (Mention Tender ID & Works Name)
7. Other eligibility remain as per TDS.
