Eligibility criteria:
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required
a. Intending firm have to submit the following documents along with e-REOI;
b. Minimum 08 (Eight) years of relevant experience in designing and developing Web-based Database Application and Software;
c. Must have 05 (Five) applications/software/e-governance/e-service solution design, development and implementation experience including 02 (Two) government related work (Must provide URL, Work Order, and Completion Certificate);
d. The firm needs to show yearly turnover of at least 50 (Fifty) Lac Taka supported by appropriate documents;
e. Background of the firm with brochure summarizing facilities, area of experience, administrative strength, CV of Key professionals, logistics and financial capacity, general information including legal documents etc.;
f. The firm should have valid up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate and Incorporation Certificate;
g. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is 50 (Fifty) Lac Taka;
h. Must have a BASIS Membership;
i. Must have experience with android and iOS based mobile app development;
j. Experience with development of Integrated Library Management Software would be considered as an added advantage;
k. The Firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2025.
