Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must submit the following documents (in PDF format):
1. Up to date Trade Licence.
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Experience of Supplying Goods in any Govt./Autonomous Organization within last 05(Five) years.
5. Bank Solvency Document.
6. Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor or authorized sales office (Tenderer must submit distributor or sales office certificate issued by OEM). The authorization letter shall contain e-mail address/ telephone/fax, designation with details address, for website address of the manufacturer representative/authorized person duly signed in the official pad. BPDB authority will communicate or verify during evaluation stage at the mentioned address/phone number for confirmation of the authorization. If there is no response received from the manufacturer entities, the bid will be subjected to rejection.
7. Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee/warranty certificate from manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor or authorized sales office (Tenderer must submit distributor or sales office certificate issued by OEM) for genuineness of the equipment/ items and its satisfactory performance during the warranty period.
8. Other conditions as specified in TDS and PCC.
