7. Tax Clearance Updated Tax Certificate (Income Tax Certificate/Certificate)
8. ISPAB, APNIC Membership Certificate (Membership Certificate)
9. Testimonial after work completion (Testimonial after successful completion of work Satisfactory testimonial given by the customer)
10. IPTSP License Internet Telephone Service License (IPTSP License Copy)
11. BASIS Certificate (BASIS Membership/Certificate)
12. In case of matters that are not mentioned here, decision of BREB/PBS will be final.
