* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1300000 ~ 3900000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods or Procurement of Works in any govt. /semi-govt./autonomous/semi-autonomous shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Prime contractor in supply of similar goods at govt. /semi-govt./autonomous/semi autonomous office at least One(1) contracts successfully completed within the last 02 (Two) FY, with value of at least 9,00,000/-(BDT Nine Lac) .
(c) Samples must be approved by appropiate committee of OIA before delivery of the goods.
(d) Authorization from manufacturer/ local agent/ importer/distributor of product to be supplied.
(e) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
Note: The Procuring Entity reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time without any reason.
