Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Notebook
Eligibility criteria:
1) Up to date trade license as supplier, VAT registration Certificate(BIN), Tax payment Certificate will be submitted by bidder during biding.
2) Bidder must have minimum 01(One) years’ overall experience supply of goods. In this case previous trade license will be supplied.
3) Bidder must be supply at least 01(One) end use certificate for supply of any goods.
4) 03(Thre) months warranty (From MRR date) will be applicable.
5) Bidder will be supplied materials within 30(Thirty) days after signed contract agreement/PO.
6) 0.05 % Liquidated Damaged(L/D) of uncompleted supply of goods price will be deducted for each day or part thereof for delay supply of goods. The maximum number of Liquidated Damaged(L/D) will be 10% of contract price.
7) Bidder must be submitted Litigation history declaration, Authorization letter confirming the signatory of tenderer from organization declaration, Tenderer Information declaration & Supply schedule declaration.
8) Draft copy of all printing items must be taken approval before final printing.
