* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000 ~ 750000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings.
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
2. The Tenderer should have Specific Experience completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 2.07 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.
3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 1.82 Lac .
4. The tenderer should have annual turn over for Tk 2.07 Lac in last 5(five) years.
5. The final decision about the winning tender will be taken according the recommendation of TEC and hence approval from AA, based on applicable PPR regulations for this Re-Tender.
6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
