Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be One (1) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100,000.00 ( One Lakh) in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank Statement.

4. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(1) Commercial Documents:
(a) Valid & up to date Trade license.
