Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of similar type of work completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 6.00 Lakh (Six lakh) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8 lac.Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. The Tenderer must possess and submit up-to-date ABC License ,up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
