* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 9000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Furniture Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with should be submitted prove the authenticity any govt hospital (NOA, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Certification’s).
(b)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods Furniture 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, at which 01 (One) year with a value of minimum Tk. 21,44,100/- (Twenty One Lac Forty Four Thousand One Hundred). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with should be submitted prove the authenticity any govt hospital (NOA, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Certification’s).
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 30,00,000/- (Taka Thirty Lakh) AND Tender Security tk 90,000/- (Ninety Thousand Only) both must be also in favor of Superintendent, 250 Bedded General Hospital, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
