Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have
i) A minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.0 Lac only.
a. specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, in construction works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated, substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s);
iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 13.50 Lac within the last 05 years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 10.00 Lac.
iv) The minimum tender capacity not less than TK. 12.00 lac only.
v) Up to date Valid Trade License.
vi) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate.
vii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
viii) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
