* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 13000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works.
2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work of BDT 35.00 lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 30.00 lakh during last 5 (five) financial years . Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 30.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
5. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and Income Tax clearance certificate.
6. VAT and AIT will be deducted as per latest governement instructions.
