Brief Description of Package: Hiring of two Pay-loaders for One Year to ensure Smooth Operations (Loading, Unloading & others Work) of Coal Yard Management and other places of BCMCL.

In the coal yard of Barapukuria Coal Mining Company Limited (BCMCL), the pay loaders shall be primarily used for loading coal onto dump trucks and into the reclaim belt hopper. The pay loaders shall also be frequently utilized for loading stone and debris from the rock yard onto dump trucks, as well as for loading steel supports, sand, and other materials onto mine cars. The mentioned activities are not limited. The pay loaders may be used whenever and wherever required within the BCMCL mine area and its surrounding locations to support operational and material-handling requirements, as directed by the Procuring Entity.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-to-date Valid Trade License issued by the competent authority
2. Income Tax Acknowledgement Slip or Income Tax Assessment Certificate for the FY 2024–25/2025-26.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate issued by a scheduled bank
5. General and Specific Works Experience Certificates from Public Sector Organizations
6. National Identification Document (NID) For both the Tenderer and the Authorized Representative (if applicable)
7. Tender Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank and valid up to 28 days beyond the Tender Validity Period
