Eligibility criteria:
All e-GP registered tenderers.
The Tenderer shall submit the following documents:
1. Must submit the updated Tax, VAT, TIN, Trade Licenses.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology (i.e Minimum 8-Storied Building with supply and installation of lift) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12,00,00,000.00 (Twelve Crore) under any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organization.
4. Tenderer must have the ability to maintain monthly progress as per approved work plan.
5. ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
6. Bank Solvency Certificate
7. General and Similar Experience / Work Completion Certificate.
(Note: Last 05 years Annual Construction Turnover shall be calculated on the basis of payment certificate. The amount of payment received shall be confirmed from the tenderers' respective bank statement).
8. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of the "M-DUET Project" either in the form of a bank draft or pay order or Bank Guarantee.
9. Tenderer must submit the construction methodology (advise to visit construction site), rate analysis of RCC, Shuttering and Reinforcement quoted in BoQ, work schedule in MS Project format.
