Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 3(three) years of general
experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or
Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of RCC works
within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk.4.5.00 (Four point Five) Lac in single
contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater
than Tk. 4.5 (Four point five) Lac in the last 3 (three) years. Payment
certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector
during last 3(three) years must be submitted along with the tender in
support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working
capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a form without any alteration) Tk.

5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.4.5(Four point five) Lac Supporting
document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed
form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date
Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific
experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD
(PW2a) of BPPA (attached in section-7)
8. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor,s bill using the current
NBR rate, regardless of the VAT rate specified in the PWD/LGED Schedule of
Rates, which was used for estimation of this work.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document
must be fulfilled.
