Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 10000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of Gas Connection Work.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of Gas Connection Work (with minimum 3'' dia 400m distribution line) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 28.00 (Twenty Eight) lac.
6.The Tenderer must possess i) an up-to-date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2023-24) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date Titas T&D Gas license.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
