Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of ICT Related Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Desktop, Printer, Laptop of at least Three (3) contract in Govt./Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15,00,000
4. Documentary evidence of Dealership/Partnership Certificate from OEM
5. Documentary evidence of Update (2025-2026) Membership Certificate of "Bangladesh Computer Samiti"
6. Documentary evidence of Importer's Authorization Letter for all products specifically for this tender.
7. Two (2) years free maintenance support for all supplied equipment.
8. Tenderer should have service center near Mongla or Khulna for emergency support at Port office (Khulna) & Port office (Mongla).
