Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 [Five] years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least One (1) contract of steel structure construction Work successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac Taka)
(3) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 20,00,000.00 [Taka Twenty Lac] over the last 05 [Five] financial years.
(4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac Taka) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(5) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd., Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2025.
