Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 40000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Bangladeshi reputed manufacturer or agent/representative of manufacturer is entitled to attend the tender.
2. If the tenderer is not a manufacturer then, letter of authorization of manufacturer will be required.
3. A declaration letter of manufacturer to be submitted along with offer wherein they have to confirm that the required goods will be as per specification and partial goods must be supplied to GPFPLC with in 07(seven) days subject to getting requisition letter.
4. The tenderer should have experience to supply minimum 100 M.T Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) to any reputed government or semi-government organization of Bangladesh within last 05(five) years. A proven certificate along with relevant work order copy must be submitted.
5. The tenderer will quote against only required goods. Total transportation cost will be borne on GPFPLC authority. Sulfuric Acid will be carried by purchaser’s own transport/vehicle.
6.Delivery will be done step by step and partial bill will be entertained.
7. If the Supplier fails to supply the required goods as per requisition, Liquidated damage will be applicable as per rule.
8. GPFPLC authority reserve the right to accept or reject or cancel any or all offers without showing any reason thereof.
9. Analytical test report and data sheet must be submitted by supplier during taking delivery.
10. Acid will be received to reserve tank subject to quality check in GPFPLC laboratory, and GPFPLC laboratory test result will be treated as finial.
11.If the supplied acid found below standard or does not comply with our specification the consignment will be unaccepted and returned. In this case, appropriate compensation will be borne on the supplier.
