Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in supplyinggoods and related services as a supplier.
2. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter and a certificate of assurancefor the supply of spare parts for the next 5 years.
3. The Tenderer must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
4. The Tenderer must have specific experience in supplying similar ICT goods under at leastone (1) contract, with a value of no less than 20,00000 BDT. This contract must have beencompleted within the last 5 (five) years for any Government, Semi-Government, autonomousbody, or private organization.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderersshall be BDT 21 lac.
6. The Tenderer must submit the following documents: i. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate iii. Updated Trade License.
