Brief Description of Package: Precautionary river bank protection work along the right bank of Atai river from km 12.519 to km 13.010 total 491.00m of Barakpur Digholia sub-project at Mominpur in upazila: Digholia, Dist: Khulna in c/w Disaster Risk Management Enhancement Project (Component-1, BWDB Part) under Khulna WD. Division-1, BWDB, Khulna during the year 2025-2026.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) All tenderer must be registered in e-gp portal system.
2) Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with thet ender.
3) Payment will be made upon availability of fund; no claim will be entertained.
4) It is the tenderer's responsibility to submit all documents in their original form.
5) VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate.
6) If any type of Structure/Obstrucle is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the tenderer will do this at his own expense. Interested tenderers are requested to visit the work site and submit their tenders.
7) The tenderer must submit his documents following the latest instructions and formats of BPPA.
8) If BWDB owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own expense and planning.
9) It is mandatory to submit video and still photographs of the said work in pre-work and post work condition to PE at contractor's own cost.
10) Cost of pre work, interim and post-work survey will be borne by the contractor.
11) The work must be executed as per approved design uploaded at Sec-10 & technical specifications of BWDB uploaded at Sec-7 of tender document.
12) In addition to BWDB, the consultant of DRMEP project will monitor and check the quality and quantity of executed work. Quality and quantity of the work must be checked by BWDB’s task force committee.
13) Tenderer/Firm must sign and submit duly filled-in ‘JICA’s Acknowledgement of Compliance (Form ACK) and must state its financial situation in accordance with the Form FIN-1 of JICA’s Bidding Document uploaded as Appendix-1 and Appendix-2 at Sec-7 of tender document .
