* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Established Experienced First Class Contractor/Supplier of Bangladesh Power Development Board/ Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.
2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. The minimum number of years of general experiencnce of the tenderer in the supply of goods as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
4. Tenderer shall have specific experiencnce as supply of goods(Chemicals) of at least 02 (Two) contract successfully completed within the last 02 (two) years with a value of at least Tk. 15 (Fifteen) Lac.
5. Tenderer must be submitted Similar Chemical Supply Experience certificate at least 10.0 Lac
6. Minimum average annual turnover in last 03 (three) years proceeding the date of submission of the tender is not less than Tk 13.0 lac .
7.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.0 Lac.
8. a) Sample of supplied chemical will be tested from BUET/ RUET/ Science Laboratory.
b) Expenses of testing Chemical will be born by Supplier.
c) If the test report of the chemical is not satisfactory, chemical will not be accepted.
d) PDS (Product Datasheet) & SDS ( Safety Data Sheet)
