Eligibility criteria:
General Expereince ITT Clause 13.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Specific Expereince ITT Clause 13.1(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a total value of at least Tk. 09 (Nine) Crore but each with a value of at least 03 (Three) Crore. Similar work means OFC laying works or telecommunication/signaling works in any Government /Semi Government/ Autonomous or Reputed Private Organization during the last 05(Five) years. The specific experience certificate must be issued not less than the rank of executive engineer or officer.
