* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. Experience Requirement:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
ii. Statutory Requirements:
The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and any other statutory documents as applicable.
iii. Past Performance:
The Tenderer shall have satisfactorily completed the supply of similar goods worth a minimum of BDT 5.50 (Five Point Five) Lac under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
Only experience with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations will be considered.
iv. Financial Capacity:
The Tenderer must have a minimum amount of liquid assets (working capital or credit lines), net of other contractual commitments, of BDT 7.00 (Seven) Lac.
v. Compliance Requirement:
The Tenderer must strictly comply with the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC), Technical Specifications, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
Special Instruction (Related Services):
Costs for transportation, installation, and warranty-period services shall be included in Form e-PG2-3A. No separate quotation is required. For system requirements only, a nominal unit price (e.g., 0.001) shall be quoted in Form e-PG2-3B and shall not be considered in the total tender price.
