* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
General Instruction:
1.All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2.All individuals/ firms of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) .
Special Instruction:
1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. Item rate in the BoQ must be quoted based on site condition. Addition claim or extra payment claim regarding site condition will not be entertained.
3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be rejected.
4. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format (Form e-PW2A-8)) as line of credit attached in section 7 (General Specification). otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.
5. Tenderers must fill and submit Tenderers Current Commitment table with care attached in section 7 (General Specification) with supporting document like completion certificate or payment certificate.
6. Similar work or specific experience certificate must be submitted in BPPA prescribed format. Otherwise it will not be considered in evaluation.
7. Payment will be made after getting fund. The work must be completed in FY: 2025-26. Otherwise BWDB will not be responsible for outstanding payment after 2025-26.
