Brief Description of Package: Procurement for Renovation Works for TTO (Electrical installation work; Building installation work; Plumbing and sanitary works; Fencing, railing and safety equipment installation work; Building installation work;)
Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip) issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the assessment year 2024-2025.
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification number (BIN), and
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 100000 (One Lac Taka) from any scheduled Bank
5. Particular Condition of Contract:
(a) The Defects Liability Period shall usually remain 6 months.
(b) Provision of Retention Money shall however be kept at the rate of five (5) percent of the contract price from contractor’s payable amount against any claims during the Defect Liability Period.
