Eligibility criteria:
(1) Must submit product's Source and origin certificate,dealer/distributor/re-Seller certificate.
(2) Declaration about authentic/original product.
(3) Certificate of experience in procuring Dot Matrix Printer Ribbon at least 50% of the total price quoted by the bidder against a single work order in BREB/PBS/Government/Semi-Government Organizations.
(4) Certified copy of updated trade license,VAT/Turnover Registration Certificate & income tax certificate.
(5) Copy of the letter from the Computer Society regarding membership of Bangladesh Computer Society (membership number must be mentioned).
(6) Brochures with a description of the Technical Specification of the Component must be submitted along with the submitted Specification
(7) ) Must submit tenderer/manufacturer 01 (one) year warranty certificate as per specification
(8) Bank credit commitment letter of (Financial Capacity Certificate ) BDT 8,00000/- (eight lakhs) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted
(9) A Pay Order/Bank Draft of BDT 27000/- (twenty seven thousand) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted/attached with the tender as tender security (earnest money).
