(f) Financial solvency certificate from any scheduled commercial bank;

(h) Declaration that the bidder's business entity is not blacklisted/bankrupt;
(i) 03 certified sample signatures;
(j) Copy of the owner's power of attorney in case of representative and copy of the representative's NID must be attached.
(k) Other terms and conditions As per tender documents.
(l) The contractor must send the sample of Masoor Dal to the Administration Branch of 4 APBN, Bogura by 11.00 AM on 05.01.2026. Masoor Dal must be Bangladeshi.
