Eligibility criteria:
Valid Trade License, TIN, Tax Clearance, VAT Certificate & Last Three Years Audited Balance report of the tenderer has to be submitted.
2. The certificate of Incorporation must be attached;
3. 1 Years Parts & Panel, 5 Years Service warranty to be ensured and brand new products to be supplied by supplier. 10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules;
4. Tender should have sales service Centre in different parts of Bangladesh.
5. Printed Catalog must be submitted along with offer..
6. Technical Profile of qualified technical experts for the quoted products.
7. Manufacture’s Distributor/Agent/Representative is entitled to attend the tender. Letter of Authorization must be submitted..
8. Partnership/Distributor Certificate of the OEM.
9. Tenderer must mention Brand, Model No. & Country of manufacture for all the product/items of the Technical Specification form.
10. All Items Installation, Testing & commissioning by the bidder
11.If the Representative is considered as the lowest bidder in the tender then Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer /Authorized Distributor must be supplied at the time of material delivery
