Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 3(Three) years.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works during last 5(Five) years minimum amounting Tk. 01.90 Lac(One point Nine Zero Lac) only in a single Contract. Last 5(Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over amounting Tk. 01.40 Lac (One point Four Zero Lac). This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts under public sector during last 03 (Three) financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk. 01.00 Lac (One Lac). Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form (e-PPS-2-5) for this purpose.
(f) The tender must submit attested copies of following documents- (i) Up-to-date income tax return certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to-date trade license, (iv) Papers related to previous manpower supply experience, v) Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection fo Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
