Eligibility criteria:
i. General Experience 10 Year and The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Site Development works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Site Development works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature and methods technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen Lakhs) [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty Lakhs) Over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
iv. The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 17.00 (Seventeen Lakhs) Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
v. Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
