Brief Description of Package: Installation of 2 (Two) Nos. Deep Tube-well (100X38) with Submersible Pump in Madaripur District under Revenue Budget of Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE) for the FY:2025-2026.
Eligibility criteria:
The participant quotationer must submit the following documents. A quotationer failing to submit any one of the following documents will be treated as "Non-Responsive" during evaluation.
1. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract.
2. Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to
i) Valid Trade License,
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (insert assessment year),
iii) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
iv) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 75,000/- (In word: Taka Seventy-Five Thousand Only) from any scheduled Bank.
