Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Outsourcing Manpower (45 persons) for Cotton Development Board
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer as Service Provider shall be 10 (ten) years to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies.
2. The minimum specific experience in supply of outsourcing manpower of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of minimum 50 persons successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least Tk. 200.0 lakh to Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous bodies.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.0 lakh
4. Tenderer having any debarment histroy in previous 5 (five) years shall be considered as non-responsive
5. The 30 persons outsourcing manpower in the last previous contract will remain in this contract. Additionally 15 new personnel will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm. Total 45 (previous 30 and newly 15) outsourcing manpower will be supplied by the Contractor/ Outsourcing Farm.
6. The Bio-data/ CV of the 30 persons in the last previous contract is not mandatory to submit.
