Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: Only Enlisted Tenders of the categories 1. Minimum 03 (three) years of experience in ration goods supplier/genuine trader/importer in various uniformed establishments.
2. Tenderers must have experience to supplying similar Type of goods amounting to tk. 7.00 (Seven) lakh only in a single contract within last 5 (Five) years)
3.The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1050000.00 (Ten lac Fifty thousand ) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submitted date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submited letter of commitment of Bank.Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. The successful bidder will have to submit a bank draft/DD/pay order of 10% of the total price of soybean oil as performance security for the total amount to the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Kushtia.
5. Supply of mentioned products may be less/more as per demand. 01 (one) liter of edible soybean oil containing vitamin A approved by BSTI as a sample of the supplied product should be sealed and signed in a sealed cloth bag 01 hour before the opening of the tender.
6. Up to date Trade License ii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
7. PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
8. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods.
9. No deposit will be refunded or partial bill will be paid until the complete product is delivered.
