Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Office Furniture (3 Nos. Executive Tables, 3 Nos. Executive Chairs and 12 Nos. Front Chairs)
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i) Updated and valid Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2025-2026 and VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
ii) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset at least BDT 3,50,000 (three lakh fifty thousand only) from any scheduled Bank.
iii) Brochures and catalogues of the proposed furniture (if available).
iv) Any other documents specified in the TDS and PCC.
2) All furniture must be brand-new, unused and from a current production batch.
3) The successful Supplier shall have to complete the delivery in all respects within thirty (30) days of issuing the Purchase Order/Work Order in conformity with the Terms and Conditions. Invoice shall be submitted along with the Delivery Challan.
4) Defective, damaged or non-conforming items will not be accepted. The supplier shall replace such items at their own cost without any delay.
5) Delivery Location: Project Office, Bangladesh Film Archive, F-05, Agargaon Administrative Area, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.
6) The Supplier shall bear all costs and risks associated with the delivery of goods to the designated location.
7) VAT and Income Tax shall be deducted at source from the payable bill as per the applicable government rules.
8) All delivery under the Contract shall at all times be open to examination, inspection, measurements, testing, commissioning, and supervision of the Procuring Entity or the Technical Examination and Acceptance Committee (TEAC) formed by the PE.
9) The supplied furniture shall carry a warranty period of 365 days from the date of Acceptance. During the warranty period, the Supplier shall repair or replace any defective components at their own cost.
